Restorative yoga is the yin to the yang. It is the quiet inward yoga to the active vinyasa yoga. It is the moon to the sun. Through long held resting poses we will learn how to release and bring conscious relaxation into our lives. We will hold poses in a reclined position with the use of props to support us. The room will be lit with LED candles with soft music in the background. We will go home relaxed and ready for a deep night's sleep and wake up refreshed and renewed for the rest of the week ahead.
