I can't believe I'm saying this but it's time to gear up for the holidays. I myself will be taking a break from weekly studio teaching post Thanksgiving to focus on my retail businesses during the busy season. If there is one thing I've learned; it is to not put too much on my plate. We must find ways to ease ourselves into this holiday season, to not over-do and create needless stress in our lives.
Not teaching in the studio does not mean I will not be here to guide and help you with balancing the ease. As winter begins to arrive, I will be offering audio meditations and virtual workshops so that you can practice from the comfort of your own home. It is important to invite your practice into your space, into your daily lives. Stay tuned for more on that next month.
In the meantime, here are my November offerings to help us take a moment to pause and connect:
MORNING GLOW is running Thursday mornings until Thanksgiving! THREE classes are left until further notice. If you have a class pack- use it up and get your glow on before the holidays. If you're new stop by and ease into this transitional time. Morning Glow is a gentle yoga flow with an emphasis on chakra balancing and alignment. Class finishes with guided meditation. Start your day with an hour of self-care from 7:30am-8:30am at The Yoga Collective (135 W. 29th St. Suite 603) in Chelsea.
All levels and walk-ins welcome. Mats and props are provided at no extra cost.

Did you know I offer privates? I offer private Breathwork and Yoga/Meditation sessions in Union Square / Chelsea or via SKYPE. Privates give you the ability to work with your own physical needs, emotional blocks, and on your own schedule. Private groups are also welcome! I am now accepting private appointments through December 15th.
