Breathwork is an active meditation technique that enables us to let go and connect with our emotional selves. With our heart. With our true selves. Through a rhythmic breath we discover blocks and move stagnant energy (grief, anger, anxiety, old thought patterns, etc.) without the thinking self getting in the way. This group healing session will leave you feeling a deeper connection with your innermost self.
I will be facilitating your self-healing with essential oils and the burning of sage and palo santo plus a lifting soundtrack! This will aid in your emotional release and help you dig deeper. Our intention this month is Embracing Change. Change is in the air, globally, seasonally, and on a personal level. Are you stuck with indecision? Are you afraid of change? Are you waiting for change you can't control to strike? Finding ways to listen to your heart can help eliminate the fear that change or the idea of change brings. No matter how small or large of a decision you are facing it's good to practice listening and relying on yourself to help embrace the change.
Join me at The Medicine Space; a unique and intimate healing sanctuary in Union Square, located at 89 5th Avenue, Suite 906. This group is limited to eight spots. Advance registration is required. Please arrive on time. We will start promptly at 7:00pm. We will be lying down on blankets. Yoga clothing and mats are not needed. Shoes are not allowed in the space. Eye pillows are available or bring your own, if you wish. Exchange= $30.
