Yarn + Yoga = LOVE! 

Gather your friends and learn to knit with mindful stretching! The stretching prepares you to settle into yourself and to knit without straining your tendons which can lead to "crafters elbow". Knitting is a form of mindful meditation as you create a product with your own hands. In this 2 HOUR workshop you will learn knitting basics and we will stretch! If you and your gang are advanced knitters, book for social knitting. Previous knitting and yoga movement is not required. 

What you will need:  Knitting needles and yarn. I recommend size 8 needles and worsted weight yarn in a light color for beginners. Already a knitter- bring your current WIP (work in progress). Yoga mats. 

Wear: Yoga or comfortable clothing.

Limited to 8 participants. 

In NYC- we will meet at The Medicine Space in Union Square. Once purchased I will email you to set up scheduling. Please contact me first if interested in a local at home meeting or if you have any questions. Session must be used within 3 months of purchase date. No refunds given for unused or canceled sessions.
